Good Morning All! 

We have a need for this season (and future if willing) for a Head Clerk of Course. We have a few parents willing to support this person but are unable to be the "HEAD" AKA the Boss. hahaha.

Head Clerk of Course and team: The Head C of C works with the Computer operators to look and see, pre-meet if any heats or events can be combined and edit any know scratches (simmers not swimming). The C of C team is responsible for getting the swimmers seated by event, heat and lane at the back of the bench. The other is responsible for sending each heat to the blocks immediately upon the start of the previous heat. The Head Clerks needs to be at the pool at least 30 minutes before the meet starts to get their name tags, sign-in pick up their clip boards with paperwork and check with the computer person for any last minute changes to the swimmers.
