Good Morning all!

We are all excited for our first home meet with Bent Creek!

Just a reminder the meet will start at 6pm with warm ups starting at 4:45pm.

We do have a few open volunteer spots for back up timers (just in case someone needs to step away or can't make it to the meet).

We will be allowing spectators and chairs pool side but please leave room for spectators to stand and cheer on their swimmers at the rope. Masks are not required but encouraged. Hand sanitizer will be available at the concessions stand. There are grassy areas around the tennis courts for those wishing to social distance. 

Full concession stand will be open during all our home meets. 

Volunteers: The sign in will be at a table to the right of the concession stand.

Weather is looking questionable with possible thunderstorms in the low 80's. Please bring a tailgate tent to help keep our swimmers dry. 

Parking: Please park on one side of the street to allow for traffic to flow easier. Please DO NOT park in the small lot in front of the clubhouse as that is reserved for the visiting team's team reps and officials. 

I've attached the heat sheet (but it can change during the meet to combine some heats or events) for the meet.

If you haven't already it is worth getting the Swimtopia App for your phones to see your swimmers' times and places during the meet.

ALSO start to sign your swimmers' up for next weeks meet (needs to be in by 11:30pm Sat) and the volunteer positions.
