Good Morning all!

We are all excited for our second home meet with Knollwood/Plantersrow!

Just a reminder the meet will start at 6pm with warm ups starting at 4:45pm.

We will again be allowing spectators and chairs pool side but please leave room for spectators to stand and cheer on their swimmers at the rope. Please do not set up chairs until the pool deck is set up for the meet. 

Masks are not required but encouraged. Hand sanitizer will be available at the concessions stand. There are grassy areas around the tennis courts for those wishing to social distance.

Full concession stand will be open during all our home meets.

Volunteers: The sign in will be at a table to the right of the concession stand.

Weather is looking great but HOT. Please bring a tailgate tent to help keep our swimmers cool.

Parking: Please park on one side of the street to allow for traffic to flow easier. Please DO NOT park in the small lot in front of the clubhouse as that is reserved for the visiting team's team reps and officials.

I've attached the heat sheet (but it can change during the meet to combine some heats or events) for the meet.

If you haven't already it is worth getting the Swimtopia App for your phones to see your swimmers' times and places during the meet.

ALSO start to sign your swimmers' up for next weeks meet (needs to be in by 11:30pm Sat) and the volunteer positions.
