Some needs for this Sat Meet

Good Morning all! 

We are all excited for our Divisional Meet this Saturday! 

We are in need of some tailgating type tents for the swimmers to help keep them cool. 

Also if anyone has some tailgating (quiet) generators for fans that would be awesome! 

Spectators will be allowed but only during your swimmers events and then you will have to exit the pool area. Please park across the street at Buena Vista Elementary School (310 S Batesville Rd, Greer, SC 29650) and feel free to set up a tailgate type atmosphere! 

Warm ups for our team are 6:50am (optional) with the team parade to start 8:15am-ish. The meet with start promptly at 9:00am. 

PLEASE reach out to the coaches if your swimmer is unable to attend the meet so we can make adjustments.

PLEASE NOTE!

Please understand we are a volunteer run organization. In order for swim meets to run, it is required each family must volunteer for at least 1 shift per meet.  If a family member does not sign up to volunteer, your swimmer(s) will not be eligible to swim in that meet.  Should a special circumstance arise where at least 1 member of the family can not volunteer at a meet please contact your SAIL Representative. 

To swim in a meet, swimmers must be declared for each meet by 11:30 the prior Saturday.  You may go ahead and declare for the whole season as soon as you are registered.  The coaches will communicate individual events to the swimmers on Thursday morning.  Relays will be computer generated based on swimmer's times and availability.
