june 29th Meet at 6:00 pm

Pool address: 127 Gail Drive, Mauldin, SC 29662 

Parking: Our Parking Lot is Limited. Your team will be allotted 4 parking spots, you may use these as you see fit. I have attached parking vouchers for you to give out. Parents may drop off your swimmers in front of the pool and park on the right side of the streets in the neighborhood. Please be respectful of our neighbors. Please let us know if you have any needs for handicap parking spaces.

Warm ups: 5:20-5:40. This will give us 15 minutes to get swimmers back to tents and lined up to start promptly at 6:00 pm.

Tent location: Your swimmer area will be in the front of the Pool Yard, beginning at the fence and going toward the guard house/bathrooms (Not in front of the trees as usual since the neighborhood has added a play area). This area is not covered, feel free to bring pop-up tents if you would like. Only swimmers may enter at the side gate at Clerk of Course. 

Spectators: We will allow spectators sitting in chairs on the pool deck in the area between the pool and the shelter/guard house/bathrooms. Please tell your parents that the area under the shelter is for computers and ribbons only and not spectator seating. Tents will not be allowed on the pool deck but parents are welcome to put them outside the fence.

Volunteers: There will be a table set up inside the pool’s front gate, and your Volunteer Coordinator can set up there. Computers and Ribbons will be located under the shelter. 1st Half Officials will meet at 5:45 near the Starter Stand. 

Concessions Menu: Concessions is located next to the guard house/bathrooms on the lawn. We will have a menu of pizzadillas, quesadillas, Sully's Steamer sandwiches, pot stickers, chips, candy and drinks. We accept cash or Venmo.
